Welcome to the Criminal Defense Blog. With the developments today in the Duke rape case, among other things, trying to get caught up is like trying to drink water from a fire hose, but I will try and get some content up later tonight. Please check back regularly. It is my goal here, as with other blogs that I publish, to post new content at least daily, and usually mutliple times a day.
